On Wednesday, we got to see the autor Sally Sutton in our hall at Panmure Bridge school she greeted us and started talking about all of her books and she also read us one which was called the cat from the muzzle. Cat from the muzzle is a book that talks about a cat that sally sutton knows and his name is dwayne so she made a story about where he used to be but he ggot tooken and flew to a house but he didn’t like so he escaped the house and travel all the way back to the farm where used to live in. Next after that we asked her some questions and I asked what is the hardest about writing a book and she replied the hardest part about writing is that you got to hope that your books do not get rejected and hope it turns into a real book. Then she said her favourite figurative language was onomatopoeia what that is, is that it is a text in like comic like pow! boom! sloop! and more. Finally, if you want to know about her here it is, Sally Sutton has been writing picture books, children’s novels and plays for two decades. She is celebrated for her witty word play and musical language, which make reading her stories aloud a magical moment between parent and child.
