Since after our dinosaur dig we have finally discovered our dinosaur, my partners and I found out it was pterodactyl. Our challenge was to create a DLO that tells others about the dinosaur we found and when we excavated our dinosaur eggs. What me and my partners added was how it protected itself, what it ate, what its habitat was and even what predators hunted them during the 20th century. One interesting fact I found about the pterodactyl is that its wings aren’t covered in feathers they are actually covered with its large membrane skin so it can catch air while flying its skin is also super stretchy aswell.
